Everywhere I Go Teapot
“Collecting recollections of spring everywhere I go. Teaware is a common motif in my work representing the active self care required to nurture mind and body. The goal of this piece is to serve as a reminder to the viewer to make space and time throughout the day to practice self care and prioritize their health over productivity.”
15 x 15”
1 of 1 pressed flora teapot with champagne seedy pink and golden English Muffle glass. All flowers collected and hand pressed in house from Michigan.
Pressed Flora includes: Lady Fern, Japanese Maple, Pink Kwanzan, White mouth Dayflower, Day Lily, Rose, Purple Rampion, Sweet Pea Flower.
Note: Real flowers do fade in heavy direct sunlight overtime. Cherish them in all forms.
Care: Please wash hands after touching as traditional stained glass solder contains lead.
Solder naturally oxidizes overtime. To restore, gently polish solder lines with a dry cloth.
